|Recommended: YesIt's a pretty good place to live. — If you live downstairs you'll hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor takes. Every single one... People don't respect the stop signs or speed limits on the compound. Bring your own washer dryer. Aside from that it's pretty low key and convenient to Whiskey Road and Richlands Avenue.

|Recommended: YesLivable — Okay for temporary place to reside, but would not recommend living any extended amount of years because of the age of the apartments. Apartments seem to be over 30 years old with some overhaul desperately needed on all appliances, doors, H-VAC lighting, porch railing, and various other updates. Can hear every little foot-steps from neighbors above as well as dryer, washer, showers, and anything else they do. Assume new flooring and or insulation needed. Never had issues in newer apartments on bottom floor. Parking is an issue due to no having enough. Assigned parking spacing, and limit number of vehicles per apartment unit would help. Also, needs to be a rule against loud music and exhaust. Gate is good idea if people would not loose their cards and hold everyone up in a line at the gate to get in. Gate also works randomly and stays open too long allowing other non residents to enter after resident enters. Sometimes gate just stays open all night. Requiring cable for residents is ridiculous. Especially when cable outlets in every unit have been painted over and not been replaced in years causing everyone to suffer with outages with cable and internet. If requiring everyone to get cable then make sure to bring cable company in and update all outlets and update the cable wiring inside and out for each unit. Otherwise, just do not require it. Overall, happy to have a roof over our heads and at a reasonable price.
